How far in advance should I book catering services?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for weddings and large events, and 2–3 weeks for corporate or smaller gatherings. Same-week requests may be possible depending on availability.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We support vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please share details when booking so we can plan appropriately.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve North Charleston, Charleston, and nearby communities within ~50 miles. Delivery fees may vary by distance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Deposits are refundable if canceled more than 7 days before the event. See contract for details.
Do you provide serving staff and equipment?
Yes. Full-service options include trained staff, chafers, serving ware, and cleanup. Packages can be customized to your needs.
